At Isul, every piece is carefully selected from hundreds of designs, photographed clearly, and checked twice before packing. Because jewelry is a hygiene-sensitive category and most of our pieces are limited drops, we do not accept returns for change of mind, preference, or size.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Return/Replacement
We offer returns or replacements only in the following cases:
