• Most items are limited drops and may sell out quickly

3. Orders & Payments

We accept online payments via trusted payment gateways.
Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if the product is unavailable, the address is incomplete, or payment is flagged for security issues.
If this happens, you will receive a full refund.

4. Pricing

Prices listed on our website are final and inclusive of applicable taxes.
Shipping fees (if applicable) are shown at checkout.

5. Shipping

We offer:

• Free shipping on orders ₹499+

• ₹50 flat shipping on orders below ₹499

Orders are shipped through reliable delivery partners and typically arrive in 3–8 working days.
Delays caused by couriers, weather, or festivals are outside our control.

6. Return & Replacement Policy

Because jewelry is a hygiene-sensitive category and most items are limited drops, we do not accept returns for change of mind, size, or style preference.

We offer replacements/refunds only if:

• the item arrives damaged,

• the wrong item is delivered, or

• an item is missing.
