At Isul, every piece is carefully selected from hundreds of designs, photographed clearly, and checked twice before packing. Because jewelry is hygiene-sensitive and most of our pieces are limited drops, we do not accept returns for change of mind, preference, or size.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we're here to help.
Eligibility for Return/Replacement
We offer returns or replacements only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged item
- You received the wrong product
- You received a missing item
If your issue falls into one of these categories, we will replace or refund your order at no extra cost.
Reporting a Damaged or Wrong Item
To request a replacement or refund for a damaged/incorrect item:
- Email us at hello@isul.in within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
- We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps
What we need from you:
- Photos of the damaged/wrong item
- Photos of the packaging (helps us improve shipping)
- Your order number
We'll either send a replacement (if available) or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
